    Hi @ada were just settled in the hotel were 2  Hours ahead here. We've got sea front rooms. Can't see it as it's dark but can hear it I'll send a pic tomorrow. I'm hoping to go on beach tomorrow as it will be 20 here and sunny.hope your keeping well and everyone

    Yes we had 15 minutes to eat at the hotel B4 they finished serving but they didn't rush us

    Aww that's sweet @ada the flight was ok too. We're having beach day tomorrow I need to go sleep it's 107 here. There's some young adults in the pool now. Crazy. Missing you all too

    I made chicken curry and rice for dinner and heated up the last flatbread to mop up sauce. 

    @Ada if I win the lottery then I'll buy you a bungalow on the coast in Wales  x

    @Lou67 you are bound to be tired with the work to heal your knee. Glad you got out today

    I'm for bed to stand a chance of getting us up, over and then parked (blue badge spaces are far from hospital entrance). Sleep well everyone 😴

    Curry sounds good, yeah I think I’m just a bit fed up with my leg I’m hoping this machine has made an improvement when I go to the hospital on Thursday. .
    Good luck for tomorrow I hope the scans go well. Yes your best getting to bed soon for your early rise.

    @Ada Hi Ada sorry I have not got back to you but I have been in and out of hospital having various tests I have an autoimmune disease due to my Liver.

    My knee isn’t giving me pain just stiffness, it’s the back off my leg going into my backside that’s still a bit achy. 
    The machine is to trying quicken up the healing process on a small part off my wound that isn’t closing. So fingers crossed it’s doing it’s job.

    Hi @ada thanks for thinking of me, I'm feeling a bit more positive, thank you :blush: yes had a nice evening playing a board game like usual for the last couple of weeks ha ha. I hope you had a good sleep last night and have a nice day ahead today.

    @Teigr what a surprise, you live in Wales don't you? I read there is some sort of science behind why ti rains so much there, something to do with the hills between Wales and England and the clouds have to dump their water before rising over the hills :confused:

    I'm shattered I've had a paddle in the sea now we're heading to the pool it's so hot here. I think I may miss the plane home like for ever
