Hi
When feeling low, who do you speak with? But you don't want to be telling the world about your issue's?

Last summer I had counselling (again) this week I am seeing MH nurse at my GP's see if he's any better.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡

Hello @Queen_K
I am lucky to have a group of friends I can speak to. We tend to Skype once or twice a month and "put the world to rights" as my grandmother would say.Hannah - She / Her

Feeling Good today, thinking positive about things. Yesterday I went out to buy a few pet fish so when I feel low I look at them and it takes all my thoughts away.

@Queen_K
Good morning I’m glad you’re feeling good today.And how lovely some new fish to cheer you up.I’ve been thinking about getting a small fish tank and some fish.I would really love a dig but I’m not fit enough just now to care for one.Enjoy your day. ❤️ -
I'm glad the lil fishies are helping you @Queen_K, which species did you choose? I used to love my fish tanks, they're great for your mental health.
(I'm a HUGE fish nerd, so I'm always happy to talk tanks with people)Albus (he/him)

@Lou67
I believe everyone can look after some animal. Enjoy your day also.
@Albus_Scope
The fishes I chose are called Chichilids, that is the type of fishes they are. I also brought a cleaning fish which just eats all the Algee around the tank.
@Hannah_Scope
I did not name them yet, but I will be very soon. It is very calming to watch fishes swim around. -
Excellent choice! Cichlids have so much character and are great parents too. I used to have a pair of Rainbow Kribensis, which are a type of cichlid.Albus (he/him)

I havve never heard of those before. What kind of Colour are they? -
Like most Cichlidae, they can get very territorial, but they're lovely to watch when they breed. They lead the little babies around the tank.

Oh that’s a beautiful wee fish love all the colours ❤️ -
That's them in full mating colours @Lou67 they lose the pink belly the rest of the time. But they are so good for mental health, I really miss my tanks.
I highly recommend some fishy friends if you feel up to it, once the bionics heal.Albus (he/him)
