    I hope yous all have a lovely night. I had a nice visit at my mums my oldest granddaughter was off work so it was great to see her too.
    Just going to have my dinner.

    Thats great you plucked the courage to msg the doctor and hopefully they change your sleepers as they are not helping you anymore they should do 🤞🏾

    The doctor might have to ween you off the sleepers your on just now before they start you on a new one.
    My legs are a little achy but not to bad thanks.

    @Ada Hope you manage to get your new meds sorted and get better sleep off them, yeah I hate change too but sometimes especially with medication its important as your body gets used to them and they no longer work as well. Hoping you start getting better sleep and take care of yourself.

    Hi @ada I never knew you lived in Cambridge!!!

    I think it's a lovely city where you can be yourself. I love seeing so many people who are just comfortable being different in whatever way, and no one seems to bother them.

    Did you like it there or was it during a darker time for you?
