It's great to see there are supportive online communities like this. I am currently a mature student studying physiotherapy in UK. I am in my 2nd or final year of the course and recently I have been struggling with the academic work due to poor time management, poor study habits, poor working memory and attention to detail and among other things. I am on the waiting list for ADHD assessment in the NHS and am currently considering to get a private diagnosis. In the meanwhile, I will do I can control in things like developing good routine for consistent learning weekly, getting academic support from my peers and tutors etc. Wish me luck in my self-help journey and likewise I wish all the best for other members of this forum.

Heya @kenlau88210 and welcome to the community. :)

I can totally empathise with what you've described there, I'm very much the same and it does take a lot of work to power though. Have you looked into Right to Choose? It can really speed up the diagnosis process. I find I rely on alarms to set myself structured time to do things, I tend to work best either first thing in the morning, or late evenings, so I adjust my studies around those times. Best of luck!
