LOL! My last comment was in reply to Gaz about the bagel & bacon & soforth. But it hasn't done the quote part so it looks like i'm replying to myself!
This is a good way BTW to get other breakfast and lunch ideas!

MarkM88, I hope you get well soon. I had a tummy bug for about a week so I had to eat quite boring stuff during that time. Glad I am feeling better (since Sat) & I hope you feel better soon!

A stoat.
Sorry, couldn't resist. Stoat's of Edinburgh do rather nice oat bars. Or maybe a Freee one. With a cup of coffee and a glass of milk, later some fruit, crispbread and something. I'm not very hungry when I get up but get hungry as I start moving around and eat more until I feel full then later have A Proper Meal of some kind.

nice and healthy well done @Scrumptious67 are you trying to be healthier?
-
@durhamjaide2001 yes I am. I've been living mostly on microwave meals so i'm making small changes to hopefully help my mh as much as physical health. Just bought a slow cooker too so i can get a lot more veggies into me.
