Good evening,
I got back from trecco bay Thursday, so been relaxing and trying to get used to being on my own again. It may not last long because my son is wanting to move in.
Thursday we're swapping the lounge my my sons room over and at some point my sister is coming for a couple of day to help decorate.
@Amberpearl happy birthday for tomorrow.

@Ada I hope you get your meds sorted with chemist and the new ones sorted to be started with the gp . You need more sleep than you are getting. Sleep deprivation is a horrible thing to cope with.
We are heading back home today. I can't describe my feelings on how lovely this break has been. It also let Mr see that there are fun things to do instead of sitting in a pub all day. He really enjoyed the jacuzzi and swimming pool. Self care is so important.

No I saw, my 3 daughters and 2 grand kids
Sadly I lost both my parents long time ago
Dad had dementia and died Christmas 2016 aged 89 mum died in Jan 2000 aged 65 heart attack

Hello I'm been okay but still seem to have difficulty with my mum no matter what I do . I do want to be in pendent but cannot be fully independent because my mum kinda makes rules about only dating men with moderate. My mum said one time when I did express my feelings that my mum will banned me from dating . I can't remember what was . I just fed up with my mum.
