    My Dad had to do training while working from home

    It was hard work for him because he had to wiggle the mouse every 15 minutes to stop the screen going off, while he was doing DIY and playing with his iPad

    I hope you don't break your back too much ๐Ÿ˜‚

    PS you know I'm only joking as I'm sure the training Scope give you is super worthwhile, unlike the police ๐Ÿ˜†

    @Lou67 feel better today. I use 4head for sinus pain. It's a rollerblading of essential oils like tea tree and eucalyptus. You put it on your temples ear lobes sore parts and it acts like vices. I find it helps. Maybe try it too
