last day of term is popcorn and a film, we had the same last year, I'm beginning to think anxiety brings this all on. As the littlest thing can overwhelm her. Really sensitive to lots of things.

Aww I hope not but it's the time of the year also with things going around.

This weather is getting far too confusing. It's lovely and sunny, then a torrential storm, now sunny again. So it's just really humid and sticky.
I find my anxiety can get a lot worse when there's something I'm looking forward to @Nicebrit which can be a massive pain!

AFTERNOOOOOOOOOOOON!
Thank you for the well wishes yesterday everyone ❤️❤️❤️ I'm still feeling rubbish today but better than I was. I've been freezing cold today and it's been raining on and off but like most of you it's meant to get hot by the end of the week 🙃
I went out for a short walk earlier hoping it would help my head but it ended in huge embarrassment when my dress caught the wind and I flashed a bunch of dog walkers!!!!! Sooooo not sure I'll be going out again for some time!! 😨😳😭

Awww @Biblioklept I'm glad your feeling better I wouldn't worry about the dog walkers a good chance they didn't notice or if they did I'm sure they weren't bothered about it.

Evening everyone I hope yous all enjoy the rest of your night. I’ve been up earlier than usual so feeling a bit tired now.
@Biblioklept
Glad you feel a little better sorry about the mishap with your skirt today, Sandy’s right the dog walkers might not have noticed it. It’s easy for me to say but I hope you get back out a walk tomorrow.❤️

Yeah they have never delivered enough in that service. Ridiculous really. I don't know how they can assess people for the amount they prescribe. When I worked in the hospital lots patients had the same problem.
