in Start here and say hello!

Hi my carer hasn't been paid for 6 wks he's constantly calling them but nothing is being done is there any advice pls as he will have to leave if he's nit get he's suport pls can someone help it's very frustrating

    That sounds like quite a difficult situation. Who pays them exactly? Is it the council or a company contracted by the council?

    You might find it useful having a look through challenging or complaining about your social care. You could also send this to your carer to read through.

    I know that this doesn’t help with your immediate issue. Hopefully it will be sorted soon, but your carer might get some information on how to move forward.

    You could also call or email our Helpline and speak to someone more immediately.
