Before anyone comes for me, I’m just sharing an article I’m not saying it’s set in stone or how the Independent may know this, because I don’t know, I’m just sharing incase anyone else wants to read. If you only want to hear changes sets in stone by a Government official that’s fine and totally understandable, I’d prefer that information too. The only reason I share this one is because I can imagine some of it makes sense based on what they have said previously. Feel free not to read if you don’t want.
