Who do I talk to if not happy with day services?

Good morning to all , would anyone know if you are not happy with day services who i need to talk to,social worker no good neither is manager

    Good morning @dkkenny67 welcome to the community.

    Do you know if there is a complaints procedure? If you don't feel able to speak to the manager, can you speak to any other staff member?

    Tried that still not happy but i have got in touch with cheshire east and waiting for reply

    Thank you it is so annoying you entrust your child to these establishment and they keep getting it wrong
