Who do I talk to if not happy with day services?

Good morning to all , would anyone know if you are not happy with day services who i need to talk to,social worker no good neither is manager

Do you know if there is a complaints procedure? If you don't feel able to speak to the manager, can you speak to any other staff member?Scope
