Apples & Catherine I don't see a difference between human beings. There is no "our own" for me, we all live on the same planet and have the same needs and desires. We none of choose where to be born and it seems deeply unfair for our fate to be decided forever by this random throw of the dice.
Britain is not broke, it might be broken, but broke it is not. We are one of the richest nations in the world, nobody should be left struggling, but it all come down to who gets the money and the vast majority of the money is in the hands of a very few.
The answer is not to make the many share the dregs, and fight between ourselves. The answer is to take more from those who have far more so we all get a fair share.

I just watched a video in relation to Kier Starmer and Labour, on a YT short from GB news.
Some old guy, said that he will be even more unpopular on October 30th.
The clip never said for why, but hearing that date seemed a bit worrying.
So keep that date in your diary as well, as I cannot expect it to be good,

The 30th is the date of the budget @Needhelpandadvice that's when we'll actually find out what's going on.

I mentioned the 30th of October.
So I am not sure if the original date is the 07th but the 30th has been mentioned.

@Needhelpandadvice the government are answering questions regarding possible PIP changes on the 7th, hence this discussions title, but the actual budget itself is on the 30th.

It really shouldn't be a choice between helping Ukraine, helping asylum seekers and helping those on benefits. Raise tax on the top 100 earners by 2% and it can all be paid for.

So starmer spending 22 billion on eco carbon storage in Liverpool. Thought we had a supposed black hole for that amount. Billions going to help other countries climate change. And taking it from pensioners and I dread we be next

And while they've stopped the winter fuel payments for some pensioners and it seems that they're going to target the long term sick, disabled and mentally ill, next, they're also trying to bring in assisted dying. Coincidence?
If the assisted dying goes through and they do target us to the extent that I wont be able to cope, at least I'll have an easy escape.
