I have suffered with depression all my life and I know how hard every day can be si I just wanted to send my love and hugs to you and to let you know this is a safe space and none of us think you are a burden. I understand that feeling but it’s good to talk and speak about your feelings. Well done for doing that. Keep posting we are here to listen. Lots of love x

    there will always be someone who will listen. They may not always have a solution but talking about problems is really helpful.

    Hello everyone , I just wanted to say thank you for the kindness and support and time people have given to support me . I won't ever be able to thank you enough . Thank you doesn't always seem enough especially for people on the forum. I took a little bit of time out due to feeling down 😔. Not sure if I'm starting with a cold or not .
