Help to find advocote solistor to help me write to obusman urgently got 7 days to hold things up to

I have complex needs. I self funded a care home in Wales (moved back to england) I need to compan about the service to ombudsman direct. But I need help. I am autisic under educated low iq. And wheelchair user and many health needs and comunication can go off topic according to social worker. I complaint to care home no answr just for 3 weeks I paid 2 months up front quite a few thound. They trying to get me more only 7 days to respond never answered my complaint. It's not easy read nor contract. I need help to help me I got no one eles i a loner. Social worker close case there has I have capital.

The home trumatised me and I did report tothe quality commission thing in wales. I asked for copy of contract care plan i signed and notes on me there. I needed A complant response. And got jargon about me signing a contract I did not understand. And lied to me. My family have needs too. And we not educated enough to do this.

So I need 1. Legal advice to help or a advocote to help apparently I now have 7 days to agree to something finical or disagree if I do not respond or agree to something I do not under stand that want more money big figers.

    Hi @Piglets12, it sounds like you've had an awful experience with this care home. Do you want to talk a little bit more about your experience?

    Has the Care Inspectorate given you any advice on what you can do? As they can also give advice on your situation sometimes.

    You can also look up your local Citizen's Advice Bureau to see if there are any advocates available, or they can help point you in the right direction for a local advocate.

    You could also try contacting the Disability Law Service for advice.

    No one has i was self funding. To not answer my complaint questions but instead said we need you to respond in 7 days to agree or not agree I will not get my 2 months money back or they will charge another 5 thousand no they not I so under educated I at a loss to agree or disagree because I want to go ombudsman sadly I do not live wales but will need to be walsh obusman

    Si ys I want to no exactly what to do i live England now but it not right. The inspections will happen by the quality care place has they need improvements clearly. And I told them because of others there.

    Update they paid me little back never answered my complaint till they do ombudsman won't help me. But said if heard nothing in next few weeks can contact them again they did right to promote them.
