    Morning everyone, where did this warmer weather pop out from?

    Sorry to hear about disliking the rain @Schildpad, is it just that it is a bit more grim than clear skies?

    As long as I'm not going outside I can quite like the rain, just the sound of it I find calming for some reason.

    I do not mind the rain if I see it through a window. Otherwise no thank you. The sound of the rain and the smell. All together can be relaxing but safe and warm at home.@Jimm_Scope

    Bad day for me today. Anxiety off the scale. In catastrophising mode. Weekends difficult as I see noone and spend most of time keeping warming in bed.

    All this hanging on waiting to know what changes are going to be made to PIP/Other Benefits is causing immense stress/worry.

    I still work, but even when there I feel alone and isolated.

    Continuous anxiety and constantly scared. Know they say live for now, but it's difficult. Feelings of panic are becoming more frequent too.

    Uplifting times.
