    Morning everyone

    I haven't slept at all after a horrific mental health appointment yesterday. I was told I had lost hope and miracles happen by a very aggressive male nurse who doesn't know Northern Ireland and I cried the whole way through. He knew nothing of my history and didn't want to know. I came out feeling even lower than when I went in. Is this the system we deserve? No.....
