Aww Mary I’m so sorry your appointment went that way that’s so unprofessional and uncaring to have spoke to you thst way.
I know how long you waited in this appointment.
As Sandy sd when you feel upto it put in a complaint but in the meantime can you phone the MH team your badly needing some support.

@Marydoll5 sorry to hear about your bad experience. Normally this people are there to give you a bad experience. several times I had an assessment and they give you a very bad experience for you to remember. They want you to give up your benefits. Other times ( like my first good experience where the assessor not nurse. They are not nurses)happen to be nice and knew about my condition snd took photocopies of my hospital letters. I feel like she was posing. Still not sure what went on but got a feeling that the letter was full of lies. If the letter you received is not true to the events that happened in that meeting you need to let them know. But unfortunately these people are not your friends. I had like three people all nasty. Last one was ok. But i don't trust her. Not sure about her true colours. I hope to get the answer and will see what that letter says. Try to relax I know is not easy. They want you to suffer. It is the sad story. They need people out of benefits and it is a tactic. Look after yourself and try to put this issue aside or will eat you alive. Take care.

Thanks everyone. @mangomungo and @Catherine21 it was an assessment where gp had done what she could and wanted my medication looked at with a view to changing it as its not working. I waited 9 months for the appointment!
