The case will be heard in the Royal Courts of Justice on 11 and 12 December."

you're welcome, it's encouraging that one of the main people behind potential policies and upcoming changes isn't going to go down the sanctions route.

you're welcome it's run by someone called John Pring he wrote a book recently called the department.
He is knowledgeable and informative the site updates every Thursday afternoon around 4-6pm

yes it certainly is, however this chap has some serious influence and it's him Kendall is taking ideas from so I'll certainly sleep better tonight knowing his stance on watering down sanctions rather than accelerating them.

My therapist reminded me of something today, at some point some years ago the Tories redesigned the WCA and removed all the mental health descriptors. Apparently there was a backlash from the psychiatric medical community who pointed out that there would be an explosion of A&E visits and admittances for people in crisis if mentally ill people were suddenly all found fit for work. Hence the expansion of the substantial risk category, the very category that Labour think they are going to get rid of.
Hopefully someone with some sense might point out to them what happened the last time...

interestingly the right wing GB news has had a few articles this week AGAINST Reeves.
including an article about her abuse of a parliamentary credit card and it being taken away.
