i would like to write here that in relation to my physical and mental health condition i suffer from chronic very severe insomnia during the last conversation with the doctor i asked for this to be noted in my record to be sure this is noted and i will repeat this every single time because i couldn’t understand and still can’t understand why such severe insomnia is treated with a drug like promethazine , considering my health condition im not able to work even if i wanted to and im very tired and scared of being at the mercy of benefits and living in constant stress, the path i have traveled here in reporting my professional work has been long and difficult , the stress and responsibility contributed greatly to my illness, the path i took from washing cups in the office at 5 am to running my own business, a company that was like my child and was successful, it’s a very long journey, my mood is not optimistic at the moment and no matter how hard i try im already tired of it all
