hi yes I'm doing good thank you apart from a migraine episode yesterday

thank you eel I had a meltdown on Friday because I had a stressful day as I started a new job I definitely don't fancy carrying on with it.

apparently ginger root has shown to be a good treatment for migraines never tried it myself as i suffered from cluster headaches and used pure oxygen and imigran injections happy to say i have been cluster free since my strokes but i wouldnt recommend that for a cure or relief

I'm going to go back to Durham Enable to find me another Job because I have to go by train which is an hour or 2 hours by car
