@schildpad I am very glad your anxiety wouldn’t let you leave a letter unopened. I was very irresponsible but did it out of fear. Although you dread the letters you are doing the right thing in opening them. Lots of love

Rubbish day, bbc news story very similar to the trauma and had a horrible day. I think I need a break from looking at the forum but find when I try to I just scroll through everything and all this reform business is making me even more anxious than if I didn't have any internet. May just take a break from all media for a while and see if it helps

morning everyone cold again hope we can all have a little giggle or a full on belly laugh about something we see or hear today. A good giggle can make such a difference. Sometimes it’s hard to find something or anything to laugh about. I like watching taskmaster when I am depressed or have caught sight of the news. Sometimes it makes me laugh and sometimes it doesn’t but I’ll try to find something today as I am very tearful. Maybe I’ll look for a joke!

Morning.. sun popped out today. Not sure how long will last. But good enough.
Woke up very anxious. Now still anxious but better.
I don't like to do things outside of my comfort zone. But sometimes it is important. And even things well outside of our comfort zone. I do not want to be the point of attention. I am rather low key. But we need to take opportunities even if we dread about them. And I do but those opportunities can be good for us and we should take them and worry afterwards. It is hard to apply but we must trust in our abilities. I should apply this philosophy to myself.

@Sandy_123 for some bizarre reason I find supermarket fascinating. I tend to go in any other day but weekends. But I do not like that they are ridding off the cashiers. My local Lidl have no cashiers. I used to go once or twice and use my trolley to go home. Last time I had to put the basket on my wheelie and I sort of managed but don't like it. Now I will just take a small bag and go every other day. I don't understand why they use these new machines . They are very stressful.
