My pip was cut

Hi last year I had the top payed pip I had slot of medical issues I can't go out because of panic attacks so I had another medical they cut my money right down because they said I could accept a leaflet from them hand to hand and because I can get into a taxi with my husband to go to Dr appointments my health is slot worse and they said I can't appeal against there decision until 2022 what can I do

    Everything they told you is a lie.
    You are measured against defined descriptors only. Their opinions don't come into it. The first step is to ask for a Mandatory Reconsideration. It has to be done although the odds of success are slim. Do a search on this forum for Mandatory Reconsideration as there is a lot of good advice. You could also phone Scope's helpline.

    If the Mandatory Reconsideration fails then come back here as they can then be judged at an independent tribunal. Most appeals win there.

    @molly53 @Markmywords is right but just to add that if you could give more information as to what stage you got to in your claim and who at DWP told you you couldn't appeal? Was it over the phone or in a letter? Was that before or after your Mandatory Reconsideration? Also have your Mental health problems been properly diagnosed and do you have Specialist help with this? Answers to these questions will help someone give you better advice about what you can do next.

    I agree with what the other two have said.  Disability Rights PIP section have a very good guide to making mandatory reconsiderations.

    If possible, get some face to face help from CAB or similar advice organisation,  Scope Helpline could tell you if there are advice organisations locally, and give you advice and support themselves.

    It happens all too often that when a claimant reports a change for the worse, assessors and DWP see this as an opportunity to reduce, rather than increase, benefits!  It's scandalous.

    @molly53 I agree with what the others here have said. I would just add. Take a deep breath, read everything carefully a few times so that you know exactly where you are up to with it all. If you have only had phone calls from DWP get in touch and tell them to put everything in writing, and anything you send to them make sure you send it recorded. 
    Most importantly don't be alone, come and talk on here, and get yourself some help from CAB or the like.
