in Start here and say hello!

Hi my name is Helen, I’m 48 and this year suffered an insufficiency fracture in my knee. I’ve had to give up my job, struggling now as I see no one apart from my Daughter and my animals. I’ve gone from working to being housebound. Finding life hard atm 😬
