Scope has a big new research project which will take place over 5 years.

We are looking for disabled people and parents of disabled children living in England and Wales to take part in our new five year life opportunities study. Your participation will help us develop our future campaigns and the support we provide to disabled people and their families.
We would love to speak to you if you fall into any of these categories:

- A parent of a disabled child aged 0 to 5.
- A disabled adult aged 16 to 61 who has recently become disabled.
- A disabled adult aged 16 to 18.
- A disabled adult aged 16 to 61 who has recently started a new job.
