I have just had a tribunal that was more like a grilling and want to go to a higher tribunal because there were details I wanted to discuss that the original assessor so called professional said about me which are totally inaccurate and would put all her assertions under scrutiny. I need some support and help to bring this case.

Hi @moash:
Was this your PIP Assessment?
We've got a lot of PIP-related information and discussions as well as information on ESA and Motability.
If it's in regard to a PIP appeal, please see our PIP information in our Benefits Overview, information on Appealing PIP, Community Tips on Appealing PIP, as well as a lot of discussions on PIP/DLS.
When you have specific questions ready to go we also have a Benefits Advisor who can help.
So there's a lot of support here. Just let us know what you need or if you have specific questions.0
