Not usually no, lots of different buildings are used. I once went to one in a community centre.

Ok as long as it's not far because I'm not good at travelling plus I've nobody to look after my son.today was the first time I've ever left him alone in the house because I had to go to the drs

You can ask for a telephone/video hearing if that would suit you better.

I will see when it comes as it won't be for over a year anyway

I have the notification that the pip M.R has now been delivered and signed for.But there is a message which says "not gone where you wanted it to go?".and also there is no photo of letter or signed letter like when I sent original pip form so I don't know what this means
0 -
That's just a standard automated message to say they've received your MR request @Jane315STARX it's nothing to worry about. ๐

Ok Thank you.I just addressed it to the address that the declined pip letter was sent to me with Mandatory Reconsideration added on the envelope too and obviously inside.I do feel better knowing that the odds are totally against me in some respects as I have no illusions or hopes at all now.My aim is to show them exactly what they/she has done

Signed for delivery or next day delivery doesn't mean it's been signed for by someone from DWP. It will have been signed for by someone from Royal Mail sorting office in bulk. It's not treated as arriving with DWP until it's been added to the system and this can take a couple of weeks so you may not receive a text from PIP for a couple of weeks, sometimes longer.
This is why next day delivery is a waste of money. All you need is proof of posting, which is free from any post office.

Oh no

So it's probably going to be lost

Not at all @Jane315STARX please try not to worry too much! If it's been delivered, it'll get sorted and delivered to the correct area of the DWP. Just keep an eye out for the text and if you've not received it in the next two weeks, just give the DWP a call and check that it's been received. ๐

No, that's not what I said at all. All mail going to and from DWP has to go through a mail sorting process first and this is why it often takes a while for us and them to receive letters.

After sending my M.R to the address that my pip report came from.Ive just googled where it should've been sent to.I sent it to handling site A but on Google it says M.R are handling site B so whether it gets to the right person within a month I just don't know

And reading it again it's gone to Great Barr delivery office

Hi @Jane315STARX Try not to worry. If you have not heard anything in a couple of weeks perhaps ring and ask if they have received it. Take care.
