    @scope is there anyone who can help me write an email to tw requesting them remove the bad file entries from my credit file and seeking compensation?

    I rang cab this morning but they wanted confirmation that this issue has affected my mh by me going to the gp, which I never did

    Hey @apples unfortunately we'd not be able to help with emails, but it'd be worth you speaking to the lovely folk at our Energy support service, they may be able to offer some ace suggestions.

    Hi @MW123

    I think cab were saying in order for me to claim compensation I need to show that this situation caused me distress, cab told me to email tw and ask for the file entries on my credit report be removed, I explained I am unable to word letters / emails so they make sense, plus I was hoping to put the compensation and removal of file in one email, they said if I can find evidence that this issue caused me distress to call them back

    I have contacted the people albus posted so hopefully they can help
