Oh that's so painful sorry your feeling depressed it's so impacting remember with the darkness comes light I wish you peace rest your mind and body eat little and often try to be kind and easy on yourself you always offer so much support and amazing advice pour that back into you

Hi Bluebell and thanks! I had a wobble then ran out of meds.

No problem getting an emergency script through 111, no problem at all. The pharmacy had it then didn't, the second pharmacy didn't then the first rang back to ask if I'd mind snapping a tablet in half to make up my dose 🙄 I went to bed early that day instead.

Nightcity, today is Blue Monday, the most depressing day of the year.

I'm skipping it and will go straight to Tuesday 21st and hoping the world is brighter tomorrow. I have no reason to think it won't be.
