Sorry to hear what you've been going through mangomungo, hope you're feeling more able to be yourself now. I'm afraid it's another waiting game for us, we'll probably have to wait sometime March for the green paper.

Again, there's increasing chatter on X and the B & W news forum about the possibility of PIP being means-tested. It's the majority of my income. I feel sick.

Hi Catherine ,sorry for the late reply . I actually managed to go out today 🥳. I must say I don’t understand it myself really but I think it means the government departments have a spend cap but to keep within that cap the Labour Party would of had to brought in immediate cuts which Kendall wasn’t happy with. I’m hoping this is a good sign . Though I’m may be completely wrong about all that as my brain fogs not great .

Thankyou - yes another waiting game unfortunately now but at least I can put it to the back of my mind for now. And teach myself to stay away from the media aswell lol. Hope you have a good evening :)

There is a man who used to be a pip assessor on another platform who gives extremely good advice ( in my opinion anyway). He seems to be of the opinion that the Government really cannot eliminate the Mental Health element in any section of qualifying for pip for example as it would eliminate people like Veterans suffering from Ptsd. You can't segregate people who have mental illness and grade them based on their diagnosis or how they've suffered or likely to suffer.I have certainly found with my own mental health that it is totally unpredictable now and I feel mental health has so many dangers for people which can be for themselves and to others
