Morning all. I've had confirmation from the team that the link to the blanket has been temporarily removed whilst they work through the backlog however you're still welcome to apply for the full service using the link below.
Best wishes,

Thanks scope, received my snuggly warm blanket and the energy grant. Just in time for the very cold weather arriving this weekend. Thanks again.

Glad to hear that people are starting to receive the blankets and vouchers!
Hopefully the rest of them are on their way to anyone who's still waiting 😊

Sorry to hear that @FeistyPigeon! We've been reassured that the team are working hard to get through all the requests so hopefully you hear back soon.
We'll try to check in with them next week to see how things are going and see if there's any updates to share.

Thanks Rosie! : ) PS Tried to phone them this afternoon, hung on for over 35 mins, nothing but music - same tunes too! Gave up in the end, thought they might have gone home (getting on 3pm) + music was driving me mad <squark!>…

Hi Rosie, another update…
My brother (who has autism) tells me he received an email about his energy voucher last Fri. He applied a week after me, I applied about 2 weeks before Xmas. I'm wondering whether they've discounted my application (voucher + blanket) because I made a mistake with the form first time round (as explained at the start of this thread, I sent a corrected form afterwards).
I sent them an email 2 weeks ago now and haven't had a reply, and am dreading waiting in their phone queue again, it gets painful as I've got to hold the phone up… Could you find out whether they've discounted me? And should I apply again? Sorry to take your time up over this and big thanks x
