Hi Rosie, another update…
My brother (who has autism) tells me he received an email about his energy voucher last Fri. He applied a week after me, I applied about 2 weeks before Xmas. I'm wondering whether they've discounted my application (voucher + blanket) because I made a mistake with the form first time round (as explained at the start of this thread, I sent a corrected form afterwards).
I sent them an email 2 weeks ago now and haven't had a reply, and am dreading waiting in their phone queue again, it gets painful as I've got to hold the phone up… Could you find out whether they've discounted me? And should I apply again? Sorry to take your time up over this and big thanks x
