Question on ESA Migration To UC
I posted yesterday but I have a question. So I did the claim but I’m not sure if the confirm identity worked.
In my journal it says that section is complete but all it says in the to do part is “We will call you” what will this call entail. I struggle speaking to strangers online due to my severe anxiety. I have to have a stress ball in my hand when doing so otherwise I dig my nails into my arm and cause damage. If anyone can help prepare me for what may be asked I would highly appreciate it.
