hello, I applied a few weeks ago, I received the throw two weeks after applying but haven’t heard anything about the energy vouchers. Does anyone know if that means I’ve just only qualified for the throw? Thank you

No that's not what it means. There are some people that applied in mid December and have only very recently received the £150. I know they had more response from this than they thought they would so that's why it's taking longer. They also only pay on a Thursday as far as i'm aware.

Thanks for raising this @bettieboop. @poppy123456 is correct in that we've received a lot of requests. The team are working through these and have gained support from other business area's to try to get these to you asap. 🙂

I got my heated throw last week, still no voucher as yet, do they usually email you to tell you when you'll receive the energy voucher? Also I've heard it's paid via a pre-paid mastercard and you just apply it to your energy bill, is this correct please?

Yes they will email you, this is what they did for me. They asked me if I preferred to receive it through text or email so I chose the latter.
It was a prepaid Mastercard, which I had to activate through a link that was sent through email. I then added it straight onto my energy account.

I received my MasterCard for my £150 to towards my bills. Please can you tell me when will I receive the MasterCard? It has been over seven days you said 7 to 10 days and it’s been [removed by moderator - personal information]

I got my throw then had an email to say I didn’t meet the criteria for the voucher just last week

You don't actually get a mastercard - you simply use the number as payment

Hello, does anyone know if the £150 can be used on water bills? Is that classed as ‘energy’, or is it just gas and electric?

I think it’s for heating ie gas/electric, as it specifically mentions being on a type of meter.
