Bad morning. But what a contrast from yesterday. At least weather was good. Today is awful. Had a bad day today. But today I am still anxious . But good weather helps with people's mental health. Bad weather ain't. Anyway keep warm. Scared about the postie. I hope I have no letters. My neighbours can have but I don't want any bad letters...

Hey , I'm okay but was again difficulty with my mum with going out in city. My mum kept repeat same word . I can't remember. Said quie that made me feel upset and frustrated that she never seem to get me being anxious when comes to my part of my brain. My mum has always had issues with me .

Hi everyone.

So bored today.

I'm going to venture out a short stroll from where I live to a private members social club.

I feel safe in there with people I know.

I live in a seaside resort and it being half term there are a lot of random tourists here.

Goodness knows how they afford to come here because nothing is cheap and the weather is miserable.

There really isn't anything worth coming here for at this time of year.

We have no descent shops and town is small and really run down but people come here in their thousands and I find it so overwhelming and stressful.

It's very dull here @Amberpearl and blowing a gale again.

It's an easterly wind so it's absolutely freezing.

I sent Sept Oct Nov dec

Took them that long to reply now asking for January Staement too

Is that normal
