In the journal he says he needs to dicuss the bank statements I provided and ask for more evidence
What evidence? I uploaded 5 months bank statements as requested
I don't understand

@Amberpearl I would complain. I am sure they will ask you for February's statement. And probably March when March pass. Please complain if it really goes somewhere. Nobody can tell you benefits will be cut for any tech issues.. I don't believe they called.. I hope it gets sorted and truly he will call you. It happened to me they leave a message and blame you.. it is awful. I dread when they move me to UC.. i am sure they will make my life a misery.

Thank you, nice to meet you!

They have 5months bank statements already
What more could they possibly want
0 -
Surely it'd make more sense for people to be sent a form to fill in and include it with the bank statements they want to see.
It's reminded me of the time Mr Teigr's mother kept getting calls about her hearing loss, despite there being a note in her records informing them that she wasn't able to hear the phone.🙄

I'm so sorry @Amberpearl I understand how stressful it is not being able to explain things to them. But I'd suggest not leaving too many notes on your journal, as they'll be less likely to reply if they're being bombarded. If you want to leave a complaint (which I strongly suggest you do) there's an official page regarding complaints here which should help.
It's also worth leaving a note on your journal saying you're putting a complaint in, just so there's a record of it with your job centre. But just the one note please!
It'll be ok though, please try not to let this ruin your day. ❤️

I just explained that my phone never rang and not my fault
I don't understand what he meant by further evidence
Coupd it just be the questions they ask
I rang my mobile provider who removed voicemail
They now ringing 10 march
I'm. Very upset
I was threatened with my payment been stopped if I don't sort out my phone
I've tried my. Best. Voicemail removed
I don't know why my phone never rang
The agent sounded angry
Can't do it in my journal he said as phone calls recorded and he wants to discuss my bank statements and further evidence
That's all I know

Look at it another way if it was urgent they would have said call back next day so I think few simple questions and that's it try not to worry
