    Unlike PIP, UC LCWRA is an ongoing award.
    They can re assess after as little as three months or as long as 2-3 years. 

    You can ask them what date is down on the system, but it will only be a guideline date they can re-assess outside this date. 

    WCA's for existing claims have been suspended for a few years now, so when they do resume significant backlogs will exist.

    Have been waiting results for re-assessment on LCW for near a year now. I dont bother asking anymore as DWP just dont know why re-referals are taking so long
