I don't believe there is enough time under current legislation to apply any freeze to PIP payment levels for 2025/2026.
Any freeze is most likely to apply to 2026/2027.

Hi I rung up dwp asking when my end date for the award is and they told me November 25 but also said it could take few months after for the forms to come through, so can anyone tell me if the reforms for November 26 go ahead how will that affect me as my review is before that change.

Also when does the green paper go through parliament does anyone know how long before it gets approved by the parliament.

There's no official date yet. But parliament breaks up for summer late July, so I would expect this to be considered in July, otherwise it'll be left until the autumn.
As long as your PIP review is completed before the changes start, they won't affect your claim at all.

But will effect lwcra or will you be moved to uc health component? I'm more stressed over lwcra as I can't work and with pip they say you will have to ?

I'm in the esa support group waiting to migrate as I've not had the letter yet telling me to switch over to uc. And if you can't work with pip than they can't force you as long as you have good reason not to work.

The LCWRA changes aren't expected to happen until 2028/29.
At that point, the WCA will be scrapped, and you will only be able to get the Health Element by getting a Daily Living award from PIP.
You will not be expected to work if you claim UC and get a Daily Living PIP award. You will automatically be entitled to the Health Element in that case.
The current payment amount of LCWRA is expected to drop by half next year for new LCWRA claimants. But I do not expect that to effect migrations from ESA Support group. Transitional Protection will still be applied to those as far as I'm aware.
