I have just been refused pip
My illnesses are lupus fibromyalgia ,arthritis vit do defiencny ,but b12 defiencny ,Morton neuroma ,hidradenitis suppertiva ,depression and itchy skin ,the assessor lied on the report said I wasn't I'll basically scored 4 points any help appreciated said I used aids to cook and aids to shower I don't my son does all meals and housework ,and showers I may have one a week struggle with work so sick of fighting please help

Can you tell us a liitle more about your situation ?
Unfortunately it is not uncommon for the HCP report to misrepresent our reality.
Is this your first claim?
When did you receive the decision letter ?
Have you asked for an MR ?
