Artful said:I wish the people responsible showed the same concern. They are making no efforts to make amends or rectify the situation. I may as well be banging my head against a brick wall. I even spoke to the Data Protection people today and when I was finally taken off hold I was informed that my emails and phone calls were not going to make a difference, I was told that I need to put it in writing. I don’t understand why I am being made to feel as though I am the person in the wrong.Hi,I doubt very much that their intention is to make you feel as though you are in the wrong. I would imagine the reason they push "in writing" is because:Phone calls: If not recorded, it`s your word against theirs.Email: Email is a "fire and forget" medium; delivery is not guaranteed. So again it will be your word against theirs.I hope you reach a satisfactory conclusion however you proceed.
