-
No I haven't rang them back yet but I'm going to shortly but I'm very stressed out.0
-
I called them back and they reassured me its nothing to worry about but nothing was showing on their system and who ever it was will call me back at some point. Then yesterday I woke up to see a missed call again from the same number so I called them to explain my medication knocks me out and I didn't want the assessor to think I was ignoring them, so now it's just a waiting game stress levels are through the roof.
Due to my conditions and medication I wish they would just send me an appointment so I can make sure I'm ready for the call, I'm worrying PIP will hold it against me and stop my money.0 -
If they ring to just ask you some extra questions then they don't usually send out appointment times. If it is the health assessment providers that are ringing you then they most likely haven't returned your assessment report to DWP yet.I know it's very stressful waiting but try to focus on something else while you wait.1

Thank you poppy for your reply I will update as soon as I hear from them.0

It sounds like you have been feeling really stressed recently @anth22 but they managed to provide you with some reassurance which is really positive.
How are you feeling today? Please don't hesitate to let us know if you want to discuss this further or would like any further support0 -
Still really stressed out I thought after my assessment that would be it, it's the not knowing what they want to ask me after all the evidence they have.0
-
I'm sorry you are feeling stressed out at the moment. Is there anything that usually helps you when you are stressed.0
-
I can't believe it capital have just rang me again the phone rang twice I answered it but they hung up 😥😥I rang them straight back and explained what had just happened was told again not to worry they will call again but this is terrible mental stress and so unfair.0
-
Don't worry @anth22 they will call back You never know, it could be that they had to stop your call to answer another, because their boss called for them or because they had to run to the bathroom quick.
Keeping everything crossed for you still 🤞1 -
Well I put my meds aside yesterday to stay awake all the suffering and they didn't ring me back 😥 what is wrong with these people what gives them the right to dish out such suffering.0

I see your assessment was done by Capita. If you're not happy with the way you've been treated then you can make a complaint. Details here. https://www.capita-pip.co.uk/en/contact-us#Complaint

Can I ask do you think its possible that PIP could end my claim and throw out my review over capital messing me about?0

Just a quick update I rang capital just over a week ago spoke to a really nice lady and explained I can not take some off my meds whilst waiting for them to ring me back so she put on the system to ring me anytime after 5pm and she also said I've nothing to worry about it's just my assessment review form had gone onto the next stage and they probably need to ask me a couple off questions.
As off yet I've heard nothing so I'm ringing pip today to see if capital have sent my assessment form to them without bothering to contact me again.1 -
Your report maybe in audit, which could be what she meant when she said "gone onto next stage." If it has it's nothing to worry about, it just means they are checking the assessor did their job correctly. Although it can delay the decision because it can't be made until the report is returned.

That's great to hear @anth22 I'm so happy it won't conflict with your meds now1
