Everyone has faults don't they. My son doesn't bring trouble to the house or anything like that but as far as my other half is concerned my son is a waste of space 😑

I would like to apologise to @Nashota , I am a terrible over sharer and I feel really emotional now. I am grateful for your kindness. But I do feel very ashamed. My other half won't change his mind . So sorry 😞.

everyone is different but mine is More servere end. I can only tell you the impacts the condition has on me

I need two weeks notice for any change, however I'll worry myself sick over it until I throw up and get other symptoms, therefore if it's not essential I'll usually cancel it.

I have occasional meltdowns, these are when I get no warning about something that I'm not happy with, I will hurt myself and kick doors etc.

I have learning issues and memory issues which are linked in, I can be shown something multiple times and still be incapable of doing it. my short term memory is impaired to the point it interferes with daily life.

I can't stand loud noise of any kind and get snappy and panic at them.

I can't, don't and won't talk to anyone in person or on the phone unless I know them extremely well and avoid all face ti Face contact possible.

anxiety and clinical depression are Also linked in.

ny judgement is impaired I for example can't judge speed and distance ehen crossing a road and have had some extremely close calls.

I do and say silly rash things then regret them after.

I trip over things and walk into things because my coordination is screwed.

    no I haven't explained already.

Back in April I couldn't walk I kept falling over and losing my balance, I lost muscle mass in my calfs and couldn't get an appointment with my GP for six weeks.

I thought I had MND and it wss game over so I was having panic attacks as many as 30 a day

once I did finally see the GP blood tests gave me the answer dangerously low folic acid and vitamin D. I was given the sertraline to reign in the panic attacks which the news of not having mnd combined with sertraline they stopped and not had one for months.

I now don't think I require remaining on it.

Thanks I'm always happy to chat about my issues and experiences.

I'm on both vitamin D and folic Acid till at least mid 2025. I had a bowel cancer scare almost immediately after that incident thankfully that was also benign growth and ba colitis issue (diagnosed back in 2015)

overall it's been a nasty year and I'll be glad when it's over.

if I can help with, support you or answer anything else just yell.

Thank you @Nightcity , for your feedback. I apologise for my late response only I had to go the supermarket. I can resonate with some of the things you explained. I do get impacted by change . I too feel sick and can be sick . I'm not very keen on talking on the phone to strangers. I avoid alot of people because I can't bare to be in their company. I'm clumsy. Memory issues. Don't always understand what people are telling me . Last one to get the joke . So thank you .
