The only thing I can say about my moods is that things are not very good at home. They haven't been in a long time . It doesn't excuse my moody moments but it is my exploration. I hope this clarifys partly why I am as I am . But even then I still have all the traits of the adhd and autism too . I hope it was ok to explain.1

I should have put it is my explanation not exploration .0

I skin pick and nail pick too all through anxiety I've done this since being very very young.0
-
I actually thought I only skinned picked when I was anxious but I do it when I'm depressed too .0
-
I might not seem to be making sense but my mind feels all over the place. I apologise unreservedly for everything. I hope people can forgive me . I understand if people can't forgive me though.0

Hi there. If it makes you feel better knowing this, I've been recently diagnosed with EUPD after over 20 years of different diagnoses. I researched it on the Internet and the symptoms fit me perfectly which put my mind at rest that I'm in the right place for impending therapy. Stay in touch if you need a natter. Elle x0

Thank you so much @EDW . I appreciate your support ❤️.0

@strawberry1 Just echoing that you never have to be sorry here
I bite my nails because of stress and anxiety. I think many people can have something like that. My friend pulls on the split ends of her hair, so I always know when she's feeling anxious!2 -
I'm grateful to @Hannah_Scope and Mallee I appreciate any feedback and support it means a great deal to me . Please take care 🙂 .

Hi Mallee , sorry to hear you had a skin picking issue and ended up with infections . I've got myself a fidget spinner which I'm using as regular as I can . I keep trying to stop the skin picking as much as I can but as I said it is something I've done since childhood. I've always been a fidgeter too from being little. I Really Appreciate all your feedback ❤️. Thank you so much 💓.0

Apologies for my late response @Mallee .0

@Strawberry1
Hi I hope you’re doing ok. Sometimes people like to point out things about us to take away from how they are feeling about themselves.
Tell them you think they are wrong how they see you.You’re a lovely genuine caring woman.❤️1 -
That's very kind of you @Lou67 , your support means a great deal to me . I really need someone in my corner so thank you so much 💓. Please take care of yourself. You have alot on yourself and you've reached out to give me a shoulder to cry on . That shows how much of a good person you are . I already knew you was a good person. I'm grateful for all the support you are giving me but please take care of yourself too . Sending GIGANTIC BIG HUGS.2
