@Strawberry1
Oh thank you I’m getting there.
Yes it’s definitely giving it a try. I really hope it helps you.Your a lovely friendly person that cares so much for others. Look after yourself. ❤️1 -
Hey @Strawberry1, mornings really can be hard. Especially when they're cold, dreary and dark over the winter.
The community is always here though It's good to talk about these feelings rather than bottle them up!
You are right though when you say it's your brain sending the thought to you. It's not 'you', it's your brain. My brain does the same thing sometimes! It's not real or a valid thought, it's still tough to deal with though.
You're an amazing and wonderful person. You're always so lovely in your posts it brightens my day1 -
Sorry for my late response @Lou67 , I popped out to fetch a few groceries. I'm glad your getting there. Please take care of yourself and rest up when you can . Sending more hugs .2
-

@Strawberry1
Good morning I hope today is a good day for you. Thinking of you.
@Ada
Hello Ada I felt sad when I read that you feel you can’t talk about how you’re really feeling. This should be a safe place for you to do that we all care for you a lot.❤️1 -
-
@Ada , I'm sorry to hear you can't discuss how you feel. I wouldn't judge you . I'd be happy to listen. Sending more hugs . If you want to talk I'm here .0
-
I've been really down recently that's why I've been absent. I still feel a bit low so I probably won't be around much .0
-
Anything we can do to help your mood @Strawberry1? But take all the time you need, we'll all be here once you've recharged.1
-
Thanks 😊 @Ada and @Albus_Scope , hopefully I will be back soon. Take care of yourselves.2
-
Make sure you put your feet up and pop the kettle on!1
-
Sorry to hear that @Ada I hope things are feeling better for you soon and you get some comfort from your Scope friends0
-
Sorry to hear that @Ada. What makes you feel like you've upset people? Don't feel like you have to answer that question if you're not feeling up to it, I won't be offended if you don't want to share.
Have you found any good podcasts to take your mind off things?0 -
@Ada, well I hope you're feeling better about things soon, take it easy1
-
Sorry to hear you're feeling that way @Ada, sometimes you don't need to say anything, just reading how people are doing often helps me. Then just jump into chat when you feel you want to say something. I'm sure everyone understands.2
-
I'm starting to wonder if it's me that's a bad person and that everything that goes wrong is my fault.0
-
I'm sure that's not true @Strawberry1, and it's not your fault when bad things happen. Remember to be kind to yourself like you are to other members, everyone deserves some kindness sometimes
Perhaps you could play some games in the games lounge to take your mind off things?0
