No way your such a kind soul never rude disrespectful Never always supportive lift people up very rare to meet people in this cruel world with such a beautiful heart we feel and sense everything which in itself is painful No one on here would ever say you are these things no one pls be kind to yourself as you are to everyone here x

How are minds bully us I devolved body dismorphia through despising myself how we torture ourselves when I see someone else hurting feeling the same it hurts because I can see what a beautiful soul you are but I totally understand that voice in our heads so hard to shake off and people around you don't understand thankful they don't you are more than worth it having a kind heart in a world that's not designed for adhd is so challenging all the kindest you give to others give a little to yourself xx
