I'm so sorry to hear they discharged you . I am so very very sorry to hear what you have experienced. I know I've had issues with sleep and it's awful. Just lying there wanting to sleep and it just won't happen. It's truly awful for you. I really am so sorry.

Your very welcome @Agnia . I appreciate your kindness. No insomnia is terrible. I wouldn't wish it on anyone ever . Please look after yourself. Hope and pray you sleep soon.

I am sorry you are suffering so much @Agnia Please take care of yourself and try and rest.

Sorry to hear yo're still struggling there @Agnia though I will say from personal experience, the effects of zopiclone will fade fairly quickly with regular use, so I think (not medical advice) you'd be better off working with your GP to find something that could work more long term. Hopefully they can think of something for you. 😊

Thank you very much Bluebell and Albus Scope thank you very much
im sure that only strong medications will help me fall asleep how can therapy help with sleep im tired of explaining this , before i got sick i was very organic person athletic , during therapy the lady who was talking to me told me about essentials oils , there is no need really for telling me about aromatherapy and at the same time discharged me knowing what state i was in and how many things were falling on my head at the same time because i know aromatherapy and smelling essential oils wont help me

I would say it's worth keeping an open mind about things @Agnia Talking therapy really helped me, it stopped me overthinking and getting stuck in loops with thoughts, which is where a lot of my insomnia issues came from, other than pain of course. I got stuck in not being able to sleep, which caused me to get anxious/annoyed about not being able to sleep, which then caused me to not be able to sleep. It's a bit of a vicious circle.
It wasn't a total fix and I still have trouble sleeping, but it really did help. Of course it may be different for you, but it's worth having a think about. 😊

Thank you very much Albus Scope and yes i do agree it’s a circle but observing my body and reactions to medication i think i really need strong medication for such advanced insomnia and im really tired of this situation , and like in the past knowing my body and that i really need an antibiotic when i get laryngitis and nothing else will help me except antibiotics and the doctor gp gives me paracetamol but i really need antibiotic and im sure that paracetamol will not heal my larynx and im not a drug addict

Hi Bluebel thank you regarding the therapy im very dissatisfied with this fact that the discharged me when i felt very bad , before each session there was a survey to answer questions, so they were aware of how i felt , this discouraged me from undertaking future therapy and im going to tell them about it , it took away my motivation which i dontt have anyway

I'm sorry you were discharged @Agnia. Did they explain why? I can understand it putting you off going for therapy in the future but please don't let it stop you. There will be better therapists/counsellors out there. You're doing the right thing by telling them how you feel, they should not have discharged you if you were feeling so low.
