Sorry to hear about your insomnia @Agnia . It's a terrible issue. My heart goes out to you. There's nothing worse than not getting any sleep. I truly empathise with you . I'm not sure what to suggest other than speaking with a doctor again . I truly hope you get some rest soon π π. Take care of yourself and thank you too .

Thank you so much dear Strawberry β₯οΈ
i had a conversation with a doctor again and the doctor did a referral to a therapy the same therapy from which i was discharged after 4 sessions, i have no words for this insomnia of mine , its logical that my brain lacks certain substances and needs to be supplied with drugs

im really very tired of fighting for zopiclone to get ive had enough with this fight

My heart goes out to you @Agnia . Please be kind to yourself. I really wished you could sleep. Sorry to hear the doctors want to give you therapy that didn't help before. I feel bad because I don't know what could help. Some people spray a lavender spray on the pillow they rest on at night. That doesn't work for me . Lack of sleep is awful . I hope and pray something comes around that can help you π. Please take care.

I'm so sorry to hear they discharged you . I am so very very sorry to hear what you have experienced. I know I've had issues with sleep and it's awful. Just lying there wanting to sleep and it just won't happen. It's truly awful for you. I really am so sorry.

I am sorry you are suffering so much @Agnia Please take care of yourself and try and rest.

Sorry to hear yo're still struggling there @Agnia though I will say from personal experience, the effects of zopiclone will fade fairly quickly with regular use, so I think (not medical advice) you'd be better off working with your GP to find something that could work more long term. Hopefully they can think of something for you. π

Thank you very much Bluebell and Albus Scope thank you very much
im sure that only strong medications will help me fall asleep how can therapy help with sleep im tired of explaining this , before i got sick i was very organic person athletic , during therapy the lady who was talking to me told me about essentials oils , there is no need really for telling me about aromatherapy and at the same time discharged me knowing what state i was in and how many things were falling on my head at the same time because i know aromatherapy and smelling essential oils wont help me

I would say it's worth keeping an open mind about things @Agnia Talking therapy really helped me, it stopped me overthinking and getting stuck in loops with thoughts, which is where a lot of my insomnia issues came from, other than pain of course. I got stuck in not being able to sleep, which caused me to get anxious/annoyed about not being able to sleep, which then caused me to not be able to sleep. It's a bit of a vicious circle.
It wasn't a total fix and I still have trouble sleeping, but it really did help. Of course it may be different for you, but it's worth having a think about. π
