    I have to force myself otherwise I will sink into a very deep depression and I have too many other health issues to contend with.

    I have felt surprisingly calm this last couple of days despite the Spring budget.

    Naturally I am worried as most of us are but I have avoided the news channels as much as possible and I have managed to have some nice days out so I have distracted myself from the potential doom and gloom.
