    Hello @Adrian_Scope , I did seem to be struggling for a while

    Seem a little more settled

    Occasional chest pain but nothing like before

    Had pacemaker fitted November

    Still have occAsional issues with my stomach

    Now officially diagnosed with Autism and Adhd

    Are you still seeing your cardiology team for the ongoing chest pains @Strawberry1?

    How are you feeling about your diagnoses? I know you've been waiting a while for both of them. Even though you'd long suspected, it must feel nice to have some answers? My partner struggled a bit after she received hers, she said it felt both like a weight had been lifted and questions answered, but that it also left her with many more questions too.

    Thank you for the positive vibes, they're always much appreciated. Sending some back your way too.

    Not been around since last year, the old mental health is not in the best of places. I have had to reach out to the crisis team on Saturday, not surviving is how I would view things.
