My mental health has not been very good so I decided to take a little break from the forum. I didn't want to be a burden to anyone so i thought it best to keep myself too myself for a while.0

Hey @Strawberry1, don't talk down on yourself. You're not a burden. You're a person with feelings and needs. And some of those needs aren't being met right now which is why you're feeling to rubbish. What are you up to today?

I know I don't always join in on stuff and I know I also take breaks away from the forum but I do have real low times . I do find it difficult to reach out . I may seem like a grumbler I don't mean to be . I wish I was a stronger person I really do but I am who I am . I am due an appointment with a mental health worker very soon and I am going to chat with them . I hope I can be forgiven for not being strong and I hope that despite my inadequacy I am still able to post from time to time. Thank you.1

You are strong @Strawberry1 To even say you need help is a huge strength to have. It's also ok to take breaks. Things can get overwhelming, and we know and are here when you are ready
