    I hope you managed to have a good day.

    I'm in a hotel down west Cornwall for two nights.

    Its been sunny but windy and a bit cold.

    I'm struggling with my physical health and everything is a huge effort.

    I'm exhausted but trying to remain positive and enjoy the beauty of Cornwall.
